Drainage Engineer / Groundwork / Chargehand

Due to company growth we require another groundwork crew and are looking for a competent charge hand. The applicant will require knowledge of general day to day drainage duties i.e. high pressure water jetting and CCTV camera surveying, excavation and repair, but will also need to have specific knowledge and experience of:

• Remedial work on interceptors, gullies and soil stacks
• CSCS card holder (Must have)
• Street works (Preferred)
• Digger & Dumper (Preferred)
• Abrasive wheels (Preferred)
• Confined Space Qualified (Preferred)
• Able to use a CAT and Genny
• Water mains repairs and installation
• Internal repairs and descaling
• Structural Resin Lining – (Preferred)
• Patch Lining – (Preferred)
• CCTV camera surveying including producing reports
• Able to supply sufficient information to create quotations
• Reinstatement of concrete/tarmac finishing

Salary based on experience.

Drainage Operative

The applicant will be required to assist with general day to day drainage duties i.e. high pressure water jetting and CCTV camera surveying, excavation and repair.

A keen applicant will gain experience in:

• Remedial work on interceptors, gullies and soil stacks
• Internal repairs and descaling
• Structural Resin Lining
• Patch Lining
• CCTV camera surveying including producing reports
• Able to supply sufficient information to create quotations
• Reinstatement of concrete/tarmac finishing
• General groundwork duties
