Following the vetting process including interview and reference checking, we are pleased to have received our Checkatrade certification. We are very proud to join a community that strives for businesses to deliver the best services they can for their customers. All of the checks that we have been through can be seen on our profile page on the Checkatrade website here.

Checkatrade is a completely free service, helping customers search for reliable and reputable tradespeople. A nationwide service, Checkatrade is there to help provide not just a summary of what services we offer but also reassurance that we have necessary accreditation in place along with public liability insurance.

Most importantly it shows we have the confidence to publish all feedback to every job we undertake. Moving forward we will be giving out a feedback card with each and every job,
and Checkatrade will put the reviews online for all to see.

Our approach to business and our core values in customer services are closely aligned to the Checkatrade customer charter which we have agreed to follow with all customers.

The Checkatrade Charter :

Be honest in all dealings with you

Tell you about any call-out fees before coming to you

Let you know straight away if we can’t do the work

Keep appointments and arrive on time (calling in advance if they need to reschedule)

Be realistic about when we can start work and how long it will take

Be courteous. Treat you, your property and belongings with respect

Keep you in the picture about all aspects of the work

Return phone messages promptly

Create an additional contract for variations from the original agreement

Deal with complaints promptly and professionally

Never demand cash payment

Never be verbally or physically abusive or threatening to a customer in any way

We have always welcomed feedback from customers and have the confidence to take this one step further through a third party, Checkatrade.
